Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to Techvine Technology do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Clients must not instruct Techvine Technology to create, publish, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited.

- The licensing or insurance of any provider;
- The qualifications or experience of any provider;
- The availability of any provider;

- Any warranty or guarantee offered by a provider; or
- The outcome or results of any service.
Consumers are responsible for independently verifying the licensing, insurance, qualifications, reputation, pricing, contracts, and other credentials of any service provider before hiring that provider.
Techvine Technology does not endorse or guarantee any particular contractor, service provider, company, product, or service merely because the provider appears through our website, advertisements, lead-generation campaigns, or other marketing channels.
Any dispute, claim, complaint, or issue concerning services provided by an independent provider should be addressed directly with that provider.
Techvine Technology shall not be responsible for any service provided by an independent service provider, contractor, company, advertiser, or other third party, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
